Spacious Mind is growing. We are looking for experienced, grounded professionals who understand that recovery support requires more than good intentions.
A minimum of five years of sustained personal recovery. This is non-negotiable.
Familiarity with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches to recovery support.
The ability to operate with discretion in high-net-worth family environments. Appearance, communication, and composure matter.
Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and be fully present during engagements that may last days or weeks.
Spacious Mind companions accompany clients through the early, fragile stages of recovery. This is hands-on work. You travel with clients. You sit with them through difficult moments. You support their return to social life and family relationships. Engagements range from a few days to several months, depending on the client's needs and trajectory.
Every companion works directly under Britten Grayden's clinical oversight. This is not freelance work. It is a structured, supported role within a clinical framework. You will have access to real-time guidance, case consultation, and a team of professionals committed to getting the work right.
If you are grounded in your own recovery, comfortable with high-level professional environments, and ready to show up as a steady, present force in someone's life, we want to hear from you.
All applications are reviewed personally by our clinical team. Complete each step below to submit your application.
