By accessing and using the Spacious Mind website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Description of Services

Spacious Mind, led by Britten Grayden, provides private intervention, family coaching, sober companion services, treatment coordination, trauma therapy, and concierge case management to individuals and families. Our services are designed to support healing, growth, and recovery in a compassionate, confidential environment. Services are customized to meet each client's unique circumstances and needs.

3. Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

The services provided by Spacious Mind are not emergency or crisis services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not delay in seeking emergency care. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

4. Confidentiality

All client engagements with Spacious Mind are conducted with strict confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. We maintain the highest standards of privacy and discretion in all our professional relationships. Your trust is fundamental to our work together.

5. Engagement and Payment

Spacious Mind services are provided on a private engagement basis. Investment details and service arrangements are customized for each client and provided during an initial consultation. All service fees must be agreed upon in writing before engagement begins. Once an engagement has been initiated, services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms and conditions will be clearly outlined in your engagement agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Spacious Mind website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and any other materials, are the property of Spacious Mind or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Spacious Mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacious Mind and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall be limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding twelve months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, specifically Collier County, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collier County, Florida for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

Spacious Mind reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website or services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
